MultiPlus with ESS (Energy Storage System): Powerful true sine wave inverter, a sophisticated battery charger with adaptive charge technology and a high-speed AC transfer switch (32A). External current sensor option (50/100A). Ideal for professional marine, yachting, vehicle and land based off-grid applications. Built-in anti-islanding functionality, and an increasingly long list of country approvals for ESS application. Several system configurations are possible. PowerControl and PowerAssist – Boosting the capacity of the grid or a generator. A maximum grid or generator current can be set. Device will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is extra for battery charging, thus preventing the generator or grid from being overloaded (PowerControl). Power Assist – prevents overload of a limited AC source: the battery charging will automatically be reduced when otherwise an overload would occur and boost to the supply is taken from the battery. Solar energy: AC power available even during a grid failure: can be used in off grid as well as grid connected PV and other alternative energy systems. Compatible with both solar charger controllers and grid-tie inverters. Two AC Outputs – main output with no break functionality: takes over the supply to connected loads when problems occur really fast (<20ms) → computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The second output is live only when AC is available on the input. Loads that should not discharge the battery (water heater etc), can be connected to this output. Parallel and three phase operation: Virtually unlimited power. Up to 3 units of the same model can be configured for three phase output and up to 6 units (or even 6 sets of 3 units) can operate parallel to achieve higher output. On-site system configuring, monitoring and control: Settings can be changed in a matter of minutes with computer or laptop and VEConfigure software (MK3-USB interface). Remote configuring and monitoring: Cerbo GX or other GX product needed to connect to the internet. Operational data can be stored and displayed on our VRM website, free of charge. When connected to the internet, systems can be accessed remotely, and settings can be changed.
